- Gestational-type endometrium with Arias-Stella reaction
- Diffuse enlarged and hydropic chorionic villi
- Multiple chorionic villi with large central cisterns
- Mostly uniformly enlarged chorionic villi, rare small villi, almost no fibrotic villi
- Circumferential proliferation of variably atypical trophoblastic cells around occasional villi
- No fetal tissue identified
- Lots of tissue present for evaluation
